Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic environment.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the maintenance of facilities.
* Certificate II in Construction Pathways (Building Maintenance) or equivalent qualification is required.
* Two years of practical experience in the building/construction industry and previous relevant experience in maintenance and minor construction work are essential.
* A current unrestricted C class national driver's licence is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and reactive minor maintenance tasks in and around facilities.
* Assist and support tradespersons in the maintenance of facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently. They will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
