Key Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with product selection
* Managing inventory and organizing the warehouse space
* Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries effectively
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times
* Assisting with other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in customer service and/or warehousing is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
* Commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers is paramount
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely (up to 20kg)
* Forklift license is preferred for some roles
* C class driver's license is required for certain customer deliveries
