About You
As an Administration Officer, you will:
* Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood and have demonstrated experience in administration.
* Provide high-quality administrative support to children and families engaging with Northcott, both in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Create a welcoming, supportive experience for families while facilitating the intake process in the NDIS IT system.
* Use strong customer service skills to manage, record, and respond to feedback, complaints, and suggestions in a timely and professional manner.
* Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to manage office areas and ensure supplies and resources are available when needed.
* Show proficiency and confidence in using online databases, Adobe programs, and Microsoft Office applications.

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.
As an NDIA partner, Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, North Sydney, and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports activities that improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 with developmental delay and/or disability.
