State Support & Marketing Officer
We're seeking a highly organised and commercially minded State Support & Marketing Officer to provide marketing, administration and business support to the State Sales team and Total Tools & Hardware Group customer base.
This role plays a key part in delivering local area marketing initiatives, supporting store launches, strengthening digital engagement and training stores to maximise business systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives and 12-month store marketing plans
* Coordinate store launches, loyalty programs and multi-channel campaigns (social, EDMs, flyers, press, radio)
* Support business events including regional meetings, member training, Expo and NAC
* Conduct store visits with BDMs to deliver training and build relationships
* Act as State trainer for the GUS system and support store adoption
* Prepare professional reports, presentations and communications
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand standards and shared promotional opportunities
* Support BDMs and manage state marketing committee initiatives
What You'll Bring
* FMCG or related industry experience
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Experience influencing, negotiating and conducting sales conversations
* Ability to manage deadlines and shifting prioritiesConfidence using Microsoft Suite, Canva and operational systems
* A customer‐centric, solutions-focused mindset
