This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a Career Development Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions to achieve their career goals.
About the Role:

You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, aspirations and career goals, providing tailored coaching and support to help them explore opportunities and build confidence.
You will source and create career opportunities that match client needs and skills, engaging employers to address skill shortages through inclusive recruitment practices.
You will broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility, preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
You will facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion, building strong relationships with employers and community networks to create job opportunities.
Requirements:

Degree in Employment or Human Services (desirable)
Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage workload effectively
Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury or health condition
Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
Current driver's license (essential)
