What are we looking for?
We are now seeking a Receptionist to join our busy and thriving Newcastle office. This is a full time opportunity. This exciting role will have you supporting our overall business in reception where you will be liaising directly with our team and clients. It will also have you responsible for:
- Attending to client queries and telephone calls
- Arranging appointments and diary management
- Preparing meeting rooms and video conference bookings
- General banking duties
- Paying invoices
- Archiving
- File and mail management
- All other administrative tasks
What will you bring?- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
