Workforce Navigator Program: We offer 1:1 relocation consultant support for new Mental Health employees to assist with finding housing, childcare/education (if applicable), partner employment (if applicable), social groups & integration into our community to assist in the transition to Shepparton, regional Victoria.
About the role
The Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2 is responsible for the safe provision of clinical care within Wanyarra under the direction of the Associate Nurse Unit Manager. The position requires knowledge of psychiatric principles and practices as within their scope of practice including decision making ability and initiative as part of an operational team member. This position may be required to undertake coverage of the Associate Nurse Unit in their absence.
We are looking for:
9. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
10. Self-motivated with high level of communication both written and verbal including computer literacy
11. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, including the ability to create and maintain effective professional relationships
12. Working knowledge of patient management and information systems
