Teacher Aide

About the Role
As a Teacher Aide, you will work closely with our educators to support students' learning, wellbeing, and engagement. You'll assist in the classroom, help prepare learning materials, and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children. This role is a permanent part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences
Assist with classroom setup, resources, and supervision
Provide individual and small group support to students
Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and families
Contribute to a safe and respectful learning environment
Assist and actively participate in the facilitation of Forest School
Assist and actively participate in the facilitation of the Enrichment Program

Is flexible, proactive, and a great team player
Enjoys the outdoors and learning through play
Communicates effectively and respectfully
Has a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
