A bit about the role
The In-Work Support Mentor plays a critical role in ensuring post placement support is delivered to young people and employers in accordance with the Transition to Work Service Delivery model.
Every day is different when you are keeping young people and their employers engaged with our program. If empowering young people to achieve long-term outcomes excites you and you’re able to engage multiple stakeholders at once, this could be the role for you!
The In Work Support Mentor is focused on providing ongoing support to young people and employers to maintain sustainable employment outcomes for your community!
Please note – This is a 12-month Maternity Leave cover
Key Selection Criteria
* Certificate IV in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development
* Proven experience in job seeker service delivery, mentoring and case management
* Has experience in creating customised employment opportunities and diversity programs
* Strong administration skills with competency in all Microsoft Office applications
* Valid Drivers License
