Your New Role: This is a proper Store Manager role with autonomy, visibility and influence. You'll be running a single boutique and will be hands on across every part of the business, from styling customers to leading your team to making sure the store looks incredible every day. What You'll Get Up To: Leading from the floor and being actively involved in sales and styling Building and maintaining a strong repeat customer base through genuine connection Hosting or supporting in store events and key trade moments Recruiting, training and developing a small team Driving store performance and owning weekly sales results Managing rosters, stock flow, VM execution and daily operations Being the go to person for the store and taking pride in how it runs This is a role for someone who likes responsibility and enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work. The Experience Checklist: 2 years experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager Background in boutique, premium or fashion focused retail Proven ability to build repeat clientele and drive sales without discount reliance Experience managing rosters, wages and day to day store operations Confident leading a small team and managing performance Strong VM execution skills and attention to detail Comfortable being accountable for store results and decision making What's Next?
