Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
* Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
* Providing exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkouts.
* Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back‐of‐house areas.
* Replenishing stock and making display changes on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
* Exceptional organizational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
* Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Working Hours
This role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including late‐night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential. Applicants should be able to travel to the stores listed above as required; the roster will be scheduled based on availability and operational needs.
