Your new role
As the Category Manager – Managed Services, you will autonomously lead the strategic sourcing, commercial management, and performance optimisation of all non‑FM service contractors:
including travel, labour hire, medical, and IT services = representing over $100m in annual spend.
You will shape category strategy, elevate supplier performance, drive compliance, and work closely with business units to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality service delivery.
This is a true end‑to‑end role spanning strategy development, tendering, negotiation, contract management, and post‑award optimisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in services procurement and managing diverse supplier bases
Proven ability to operate autonomously in high‑volume, fast‑paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments
Deep capability in category management, contract management, rapid sourcing, and commercial analysis
High level of commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, form insights, and shape strategic recommendations
