**Remuneration**: $37.09 - $42.36 per hour + 11% Super + Salary Packaging (remuneration will be based on the applicant's relevant qualifications and experience)
**Employment Type**: Permanent Part Time - 2 days a week

**About you and the job**:
In this role, you will code patient episodes for John Hunter, Belmont, and Tomaree hospitals, handling a diverse and complex case mix. You will be responsible for coding patient records using the latest version of ICD-10-AM in accordance with the Australian Coding Standards, as well as addressing clinical coding errors, queries, and quality indicators (PICQ) as directed.
- You are an experienced Clinical Coder eager to join a collaborative and dynamic team.
- You are dedicated, hardworking, and possess a keen eye for detail.
- You recognize the importance of maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and security within a medical setting.
- You have proven experience and expertise in clinical classification using ICD-10-AM & ACHI, a solid understanding of Australian Coding Standards, along with strong keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows programs.
