Responsibilities
* Support customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person‑centred approach.
* Work with a team on and off‑site of specialists to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability.
* Maintain customer records and progress reports.
* Provide assistance during scheduled work hours (Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm).
* Assist with transportation and mobility as required.
Qualifications
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
* Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Valid Australian working rights and an international police check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one year within the last ten years.
* Valid driver's licence.
