**The Role**:
- Assisting the Senior Property Manager
- Conduct routine inspections
- Leasing
- Lodge and follow up maintenance work orders
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports
- Application processing
- Open homes and private inspections
- Administration & lease sign-up packs
- **Previous experience in Real Estate**:
- **A current QLD Certificate of Registration**:
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- Corporate presentation
- Has excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude is a MUST in this office
