This is a FIFO position from Darwin | 9-day fortnight (5/2, 4/3).
ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment across diverse operational rolesPartner with leaders to align workforce strategies with business goalsProvide HR reporting, metrics, and insights to support decision-makingAdvise on industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreementsLead investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processesDrive employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiativesProcess contract variations and employment changes accurately and on timeSupport training delivery and capability developmentBuild strong relationships across departments to influence positive outcomesWhat you'll need to succeedHR qualifications (Diploma or higher)Experience in mining, construction or heavy industry (desirable)Strong knowledge of IR, EA compliance & Australian employment lawConfidence managing complex HR cases and partnering with leadersWhat you'll get in returnReady to take your HR career to the next level?
