This is a rare prospect to step into a pivotal property management role, supporting a Senior Property Manager across 250 high-end properties. You'll help ensure every guest stay is seamless and every owner is kept informed — all within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinating ingoings, outgoings & guest-ready property checks
Managing communication with guests and owners (damage control, feedback, smooth stays)
Overseeing VAs, maintenance scheduling & ensuring everything runs like clockwork
Leading from the middle – driving quality, processes & service standards
This is not your standard agency PM role – it's faster, more diverse, and genuinely more fun!
Qualifications
Proven experience in Property Management, whether in short-term rentals or traditional residential portfolios
A current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver's licence, and access to your own reliable vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with both guests and property owners
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
A can-do attitude, positive energy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service
Must live locally to Eastern Suburbs
