About The Role
The Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coffs Harbour - NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse. In this role you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
* Assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
* Process orders, invoices and payments
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
* Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
* Assist with deliveries when required.
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.
What You Bring To The Role
* Forklift licence is desired or willing to obtain one.
* Possess a strong work ethic.
* Be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
* An eagerness to learn about products and services.
* Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
* Must be confident and well presented when dealing with customers.
* Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
