About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will work closely with clients to empower them towards job-readiness and enable opportunities for employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
* Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Reverse market clients to employers;
* Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
* E nsure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
* Provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
* Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
* Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
* Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
* A desire to be part of a collaborative and goals-focused team.
