About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our catering, housekeeping, and laundry services in a Residential Aged Care setting. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that create a warm, home-like environment for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Catering: Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations.
* Housekeeping: Ensure housekeeping and laundry services are efficient, effective, and compliant with all policies and standards.
* Laundry: Manage laundry operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clean linens and uniforms.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Certificate in Commercial Cookery is mandatory. Aged care experience is desirable but not essential - we welcome candidates from hotel and restaurant backgrounds, with all relevant training provided.
* Skills: Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and coaching large teams. Experience in preparing and cooking for large groups, menu coordination, and tailoring meals to diverse dietary needs.
