Transport young people to and from school, day programs and appointments

Assist in the implementation of programs designed for growth and development of young people

Your Role and Daily Tasks
Supporting youth aged 12 to 17 in care placements

Schads award pay levels: Level 3.1 when qualified or Level 2.1 if unqualified

Qualifications and Mandatory Training
The following are mandatory for this role.
The employee is required to be enrolled in/undertaking or hold either:
Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention; or
A recognised relevant qualification
In addition, all residential care workers must complete the three mandatory units of competency:
CHCMHS007 – Work effectively in trauma informed care
CHCPRT009 – Provide primary residential care
CHCCCS009 – Facilitate responsible behaviour
Allambi Care can facilitate the applicant obtaining the mandatory units of competency within the first 3 months of employment if they have not been obtained prior to applying through our partnered RTO BIAE (RTO no 45241).
