Graduate Engineering Program
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Graduate Engineering Program, offering a unique opportunity to develop technical, business, and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will work within Australia's largest electricity network, serving 2.25 million customers, and be responsible for providing engineering support to their assigned workgroup by undertaking specific investigations, risk-based assessments, engineering research and analysis, design, and/or project assistance as required.
This role is perfect for someone who is imaginative, passionate, and motivated to succeed in their career, with a strong academic record and a degree in Engineering from an institution recognised within Australia.
As a graduate engineer with our company, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise and a broad portfolio of skills such as electrical engineering, alternative and renewable energy solutions, and smart grid technologies to guide the industry's transition from coal to renewables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake specific investigations, risk-based assessments, engineering research and analysis, design, and/or project assistance as required.
* Work safely, think creatively, embrace diversity, and want to engage, listen, learn, and expand your knowledge.
* Develop future-focused technical, business, and leadership skills through diverse working and learning experiences.
* Complete challenging work assignments under the expert supervision of senior leaders and technical specialists.
* Work towards becoming a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ).
