Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Albury. As a Senior Medical Receptionist, you will provide exceptional front-of-house support to our specialists and patients.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, billing and receipting patient accounts, managing messages, processing Medicare claims and EFTPOS transactions, scanning and managing patient documentation, preparing correspondence for mail-out and digital distribution, accurate data entry, maintaining cleanliness and order in reception areas, and assisting the Practice Manager as required.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a medical reception or specialist practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
