We are seeking an outgoing, ambitious Engineer with excellent communication, a keen eye for detail, and high proficiency in report writing and documentation. Your role will be varied; you will perform site inspections and identify structural and non-structural building defects. You will compile dilapidation reports based on site visits. The role offers the opportunity to undertake a range of responsibilities that will include site visits, forensic investigations, building inspections, documentation/photographs, writing reports, specifications, major defect rectification/problem resolution, design assessments, and tender estimations.
