Job Description
The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with experience in leading and managing diverse portfolios of works and projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management plans and strategies, as well as apprising asset risk and performance using various asset rating and assessment tools.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They will be highly motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
About the Role
* Develop and implement asset management plans and strategies
* Lead and manage diverse portfolios of works and projects
* Apprise asset risk and performance using various asset rating and assessment tools
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian-recognised tertiary degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture or Project Management
* Minimum 4 years' experience in relevant markets
* Understanding of ISO55000 series of standards (highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience in undertaking condition assessments and asset lifecycles
* Experience in operational readiness, process safety, asset risk and performance (highly regarded)
* Certified Associate in Asset Management status with the Asset Management Council, or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great analytical skills and attention to detail
