Support and Admin Officer for Vocational Education
This is a key role within our team, providing administrative support to our Vocational Education department. As a Support and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, auditing files, and coordinating meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative support to the VET team.
* Maintain accurate student records in accordance with ASQA compliance.
* Audit student files at course completion and cancellation.
* Assist students with enrolments, progress, and certification queries.
* Manage data in registers and ensure CRM/LMS systems are up-to-date.
Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated administrative capability, particularly in the Vocational Education sector.
* Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
* Proficient in MS Office and ability to work across different computer systems.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
