The role involves:
* Accountable for organizing workflow, making decisions within defined parameters, and seeking guidance when required.
* Engage with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the team.
* Interpret and comply with business processes and legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks.
* Undertake inbox management and data entry tasks.
This role will perform moderately complex facilities tasks within an integrated workforce. You will make independent decisions relating to your area of responsibility, identify and contribute to business process improvement activities, and lead research, development, drafting, and review of comprehensive property policies, procedures, manuals, and templates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage national accommodation requests and movements of teams and facility asset allocation.
* Provide critical risk management and create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
* Manage parking allocations, audit, and update parking registers.
* Support the relocation of ASD officers affected by projects.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and the positive growth and development of fellow team members.
