**Club Pilates Sales Representative (entry-level applicants welcomed) Full Time role**
Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.
**POSITION**:
Do you love making connections? Meeting new people? Helping people meet their fitness goals? The Studio Sales Rep is tasked with owning the end to end new membership sales process, by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into demo classes and closing members after each demo. This position has a key focus on signing up new members as well as aspects of sales and marketing. A fitness background or knowledge is preferred but not essential. Salary will be based on experience.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High sense of integrity, honesty, reliability and self-motivation
- Ability to work with a team. We want to build a close-knit and collaborative team
- Sales and client retention experience is highly considered
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and training offerings
- Must have proficient computer skills, including ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Sense of humour is a must! You must be down-to-earth and highly approachable
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Assist in proactive strategies in relation to studio promotion and sales
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasise and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Be proactive - does not need to be told what to do
- Able to work both night and weekend shifts if required
