What You'll Be Doing
* Expertly preparing a wide range of espresso-based coffee drinks, teas, and other hot and cold beverages to delight our customers
* Ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the café's coffee station, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance
* Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and offering recommendations to enhance their overall experience
* Assisting with general café duties, such as restocking, inventory management, and contributing to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to produce consistently high-quality drinks
* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
