The opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to work for an established, National Custom Home Builder
**Your new company**
Our client is a well-established home builder, building custom homes Australia and New Zealand wide. Based in Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs, they are looking for a Site Supervisor to work across numerous residential sites, at various values.
**Your new role**
As the Site Supervisor, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities to ensure daily operations on site are completed to the highest level, meeting compliance guidelines. Responsibilities include, however are not limited to;
- Total management of all jobs on site to completion
- Maintain Site File per job
- Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- Confirm delivery of materials and start times
- Arrange & meet with clients onsite to go through Pre Start, Slab, Frame, Lock Up, Pre Handover Walk Through
- Using the company App to progress stages of the job
- Updating Construction Schedules
- Supervising and adhering to WHS policy
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential
sector. A trades background, specifically carpentry is preferred and having a White Card is essential. You must be a quick thinker and be able to resolve problems promptly and amicably. You will be tech savvy and have excellent communication skills.
