HT Services is a WA owned commercial cleaning company with a national presence and vast contract base. At HT Services we strive to deliver high cleaning standards to our clients, while offering a safe, supporting environment for our staff and a culture built around teamwork.

We currently have an opening for a highly organised and experienced Onboarding Administrator to support the HT team.

Conveniently located in the heart of Fremantle, the role is responsible for delivering day to day support to our operations team in a range of areas. This includes recruitment, administrative support, operational compliance and record management.

This is an exciting role with a strong development opportunity. You'll be willing and able to get hands-on in order to get the job done in a growing business.

The Roles Responsibilities


• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including contracts, compliance, and record-keeping.


• Office reception requirements, respond to queries via email/phone.


• Uploading employee compliance documents, utilising the company management system.


• Issue site specific inductions, including ongoing management of expiries and renewals.


• Manage the purchasing and issuing of staff uniforms for cleaners and other staff members, including maintaining accurate records for stocktake and accounting purposes.


• Maintain the electronic personnel records.


• Maintain kitchen and boardroom facilities including AV equipment preparation for meetings.


• Assist Area Managers with cleaning staff recognition /certificates of service etc.


• Assist with the preparation of business and social events.


• Maintain accurate key registries.


• Manage OHS compliance including incident and hazard management reporting.


• Provide support to the Administration team and cover during times of leave

A detailed role brief will be shared with short listed candidates.

About you:

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar level role

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills with a professional demeanour and approachable nature.

· Effective time management and organisational skills, good with detail and adaptable to work in a changing and growing environment.

· Familiarity with people management systems, such as Deputy and Flare.

· Excellent skill level with Microsoft Office suite and the capacity to learn new technical skills.

· A willingness to adapt and embrace change.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

· Industry knowledge and experience are highly desirable but not necessary.
