As a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive educational environment that caters to the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership team to develop and implement strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs
* Provide professional development and coaching to teachers on designing specialised curriculum to address specific learning barriers
* Establish and maintain networks with external agencies and professionals to ensure access to best practices and resources
Requirements:
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation, and record-keeping
* Ability to analyse data and inform future practice to drive continuous improvement
* Understanding of restorative practices, classroom management strategies, and positive behaviour interventions
* Knowledge of various learning difficulties and support strategies to maximise learning outcomes
