Project Management Role Overview

The Project Management role involves overseeing the successful delivery of social housing projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, economically, on time, and to quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop short-term plans for project input and programming.
* Manage quality and health & safety standards by managing operatives, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
* Attend pre- and post-inspections, advise on actions, and facilitate project handover.
* Prepare weekly project progress reports for submission to stakeholders.


Candidate Requirements

* Hold full accreditation in asbestos awareness and scaffold inspections.
* Be certified in SMSTS.
* Possess a valid UK driving license.
* Hold a valid first aid certificate.
