The Opportunity
We are currently building our Bendigo casual pool and are looking for enthusiastic and reliable educators to support our centres as needed. This is a great opportunity for educators seeking flexibility, variety, and the chance to work across multiple high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
* Assisting in the delivery of approved learning frameworks
* Contributing to engaging and inclusive educational programs
* Building positive relationships with children, families and teams
* Supporting daily routines and centre operations
* Ensuring compliance with service policies and regulations
About You
You are a passionate educator who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will have:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Strong communication skills
* A genuine passion for early learning
* Current Working With Children Check
* First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
* Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability for flexible shifts between 6:30am – 6:30pm
