About The Role
We're expanding our footprint in Australia's rapidly growing renewable energy sector and are looking for a driven, technically minded specialist to join our team in a national capacity. This in office role focuses on identifying opportunities, specifying solutions, and preparing accurate product quotations for large‑scale renewable projects — including solar farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind farms, and hybrid installations.
You'll work closely with developers, EPCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure our products are front‑of‑mind at the earliest stages of project design. If you enjoy blending technical expertise with commercial insight, this is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping Australia's clean‑energy future.
What You'll Be Doing
* Engaging with project developers, consultants, and EPCs to identify upcoming renewable projects.
* Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine product requirements.
* Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for utility‑scale solar, BESS, Data Centres and wind projects.
* Providing technical guidance on product selection, system design considerations, and compliance.
* Building strong relationships across the renewables ecosystem to position our solutions early in the project lifecycle.
* Collaborating with internal teams (sales, engineering, product management) to ensure seamless delivery.
* Tracking market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision‑making.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in the renewable energy sector — ideally solar, BESS, wind, or related electrical/energy industries.
* Strong technical understanding of electrical products, system design, or project specifications.
* Ability to interpret drawings, SLDs, and tender documentation.
* Commercial awareness and confidence preparing quotations or proposals.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a national role.
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Strong IT knowledge with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Strong commercial acumen.
Why Join Us
* Play a key role in major renewable energy projects across Australia.
* Work with a supportive, forward‑thinking team committed to sustainability.
* National scope with opportunities for travel and industry engagement.
* Competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth.
* Be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and real‑world impact.
