Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role based in Bunbury, Western Australia, with flexible work-from-home options. As an Information Technology Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues to ensure the seamless operation of desktops, networks, and IT systems. You will manage help desk support requests, maintain IT infrastructure, and assist in deploying hardware and software solutions. Collaboration with various teams to address their technology needs and ensure optimal system use will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
QualificationsProficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to identify and resolve user issues efficiently.Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve hardware, software, and network-related problems.Knowledge of Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and solid foundation in Information Technology principles, systems, and tools relevant to the role.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage both remote and onsite technical support tasks.Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity protocols, cloud services, or business automation technologies.Experience with managed switches and on-premise firewall ’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
