Seeking a Dietitian to Deliver High-Quality Nutrition Care
Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and skilled dietitian to join our team. As a dietitian, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition advice and care to clients in residential aged care facilities and the local community.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans that meet the unique needs of each client. This may involve assessing clients' nutritional requirements, developing menus and mealtime assessments, and delivering educational sessions on healthy eating and nutrition.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality dietetic care to all clients
* Assess and improve nutrition systems in residential aged care facilities
* Deliver educational sessions on healthy eating and nutrition
* Complete menu and mealtime assessments
* Commit to continuous improvement and best practice
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Current registration with the DA
* Ability to travel to different locations
* National Police Check
* Covid-19 vaccination and flu shot
