About You
* Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in care provision.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients, establishing trust and confidence.
* Demonstrate the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration.
* Embody respect for all individuals, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation, upholding a culture of inclusivity.
* Possess your own vehicle, current driver's license, and car insurance, enabling safe transportation between clients' homes and driving requirements.
* Be willing to travel between clients, occasionally visiting 4-5 clients per day, and up to 30 minutes between clients, requiring flexibility and organization.
