Location: Southern Highlands Region, NSW
Salary: Up to $140,000 + Super

The Opportunity
An established and high-demand residential treatment service is seeking a dedicated Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, to join its multidisciplinary clinical team.
The role involves supporting adults in recovery from substance use and behavioural health challenges using a trauma-informed and holistic care approach. You'll have the chance to make a real impact in a therapeutic, nature-based setting that promotes personal and professional balance.
What You Will Be Doing
* Deliver group therapy sessions and provide 1:1 support
* Conduct AOD assessments and dual-diagnosis intake evaluations
* Implement evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment strategies (e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT)
* Contribute to treatment planning, case management, and aftercare
* Participate in clinical meetings and collaborative team discussions
About You
Essential:
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA, or PACFA
* Strong background in AOD, trauma, and dual-diagnosis
* Confident in facilitating both group and individual therapy
* Comprehensive understanding of conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD
* Skilled in trauma-informed, client-centred care
Desirable:
* Experience supporting veterans or NDIS participants
* Familiarity with diverse modalities (e.g. Schema Therapy, Gestalt, IFS, EFT)
* Experience in recovery
