Seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures to join our team at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures to work on the MQ-28A Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for aircraft structures related modifications and maintaining aircraft systems in both line and base environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for modifying and maintaining aircraft structures and systems in line and base environments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate IV in Aeroskills Structures
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (NV1 minimum)
* Ability to meet clearance requirements for Global Trade Controlled items
* Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
* Computer literacy
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable:
* 12 months experience as a fully qualified AME-Structures
* Knowledge of 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
* Competence to seek delegated authorities under DASR 145
* Knowledge of aviation quality assurance, maintenance/modification procedures, AMD and ICA documentation
