The Global Markets team represents the group of all client and market facing roles at Infosys. This includes our Sales team, Client services team, Practice Sales team, Alliances team and Marketing team.
Role Description
This role is overall responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for his/her portfolio of accounts – both IT and Business. Additionally, He / She will work closely with segment and account leadership to build account plans and is responsible for delivering on the plans.
Responsibilities
* The PEM is responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for his/her portfolio of accounts – both IT and Business
* The PEM works with segment and account leadership to build account plans and is responsible for delivering on the plans
* Usually, the PEM handles multiple accounts with P&L of $60MM+
* Client relationship management and business development for both Chief Data office or Chief Digital officer's organization, manage client relationships, grow the portfolio by 25-30% Y0Y, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
* Go-to market – build a strong go to market with contextualized offerings relevant for clients, partnerships in order to address client needs comprehensively and in a differentiated manner, planning and executing campaigns for pipeline creation.
* Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
* Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
* Significant business development and sales experience on Data/Analytics/AI
* Experience with Data on Cloud Sales
* Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
* Hands-on experience with Data/analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for deals
* Experience in building business cases and utilizing those for business value articulation and negotiations.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
