* You have excellent communication skills
* You are a friendly, positive, capable person and you pride yourself on your work ethic
* You are able to work responsibly in a largely unsupervised environment
* You feel you would be able to confidently liaise with the likes of clients, lawyers, developers and fellow colleagues
* You have a sound understanding of the Body Corporate legislation and compliance
* You have a Cert IV in Strata Community Management or SCA ~A100 (preferred but not essential)
* You love people and creating meaningful relationships
* You enjoy being part of a team and working with other people
