**About Our Client**:
Our client is an inspiring Australian not-for-profit that offers counselling and support services to individuals, families, and communities in need. As a Payroll Officer on their team, you will have the opportunity to work with an organisation dedicated to improving lives and promoting healthy behaviours and practices through educational programs and community engagement.
As a Payroll Officer reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Accurately processing and recording payroll transactions using Ci Anywhere payroll software
- End-to-end payroll processing for 300 employees on a fortnightly pay cycle
- Ensuring compliance with HR and payroll legislation and reporting requirements
- Managing all payments and receipts
- Maintaining detailed, reliable, and accurate financial records
- Providing financial and administrative support to colleagues as required
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience with the SCHADS Award would be beneficial
- Strong transaction processing and reconciliation abilities
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues and queries
- Organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
- Police clearance obtained within the last six months
- Availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays
