Senior Team Lead - Customer Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to oversee our Enterprise Customer Solutions department.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of proven experience in a leadership position, with exceptional organisational and time management skills. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities to listen, resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's performance, working closely with the Delivery Manager to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). You will lead, coach, and develop the team for optimal results, motivating them to deliver outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Delivery Manager to achieve team KPIs
* Leading, coaching, and developing the team for maximum performance
* Motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
* Ensuring timely and high-quality solutions to meet customer needs
* Handling internal escalations and customer delivery complaints
* Providing on-the-job training to our Customer Solutions Coordinators
* Performing other assigned tasks
