Mechanical fitters | 2:1 rosters | construction projects

Mineral Resources is hiring experienced Mechanical Fitters for full‐time FIFO roles across major Pilbara construction projects. 2:1 roster from Perth, competitive pay, site allowances, bonuses, quality camp facilities, and industry‐leading meals.

• Assist with the fit‐out of jaw crushers, cone crushers and associated lubrication and hydraulic packs.
• Fit out bearings and shaft locking elements to conveyor pulleys.
• Install vibrating screens, feeders and set weights inside extractor boxes.
• Fit pulleys and idlers to conveyors including mechanical alignments.
• Fit V‐belt, direct drives and gearboxes to conveyors, screens and crushers.
• Collaborate and communicate with welders, plumbers, pipefitters, and other team members.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Experience working within the mining, construction and resources industry.
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
• High Risk Work Licence – WP.
• Working at Heights within 2 years.
• Construction White Card.
• Unlimited Australian working rights.
• National Police clearance (12 months).
• Ability to pass a Pre‐employment Medical and a Drug / Alcohol Screen.
