Role Overview
* Coordinate and be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design and FF&E solutions, focusing on furniture layouts, finishes, fittings and fixtures from concept to completion.
* Work with the design team and suppliers to align with the studio's vision, design intent and creativity.
* Correspond with suppliers, specification consultants and relevant client stakeholders to ensure all information is coordinated between all parties.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop FF&E concepts aligned with the overall interior design direction.
* Produce furniture plans and detailed FF&E schedules and documentation (AutoCAD preferred).
* Source, specify and coordinate furniture, lighting and finishes.
* Collaborate closely with interior designers, suppliers and consultants.
* Support projects through design development to installation.
* Specify and understand Australian finishes and fixtures.
* Manage and order furniture items, including payments using Xero.
* Develop and manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track.
* Organise, create and manage the sample library and finishes boards.
* Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
* Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams throughout all project phases.
* Deliver engaging and persuasive design presentations to clients.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft office)

Professional Experience
* Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Decoration or related discipline preferred
* 5+ years' experience in residential, commercial and/or hospitality projects, ideally with a strong FF&E focus.
