The Physiotherapist at Community Rehabilitation is an integral part of the wider multidisciplinary team. This unique opportunity will join the community based team at the Community Rehabilitation Centre in Thomas Street Dandenong but travel between Monash Health sites may be required. You will have the opportunity to participate in the clinical care of clients by offering goal driven rehabilitation services to maximise their independence, health and well-being following acute illness or injury.

A Day in the Life:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to work in a Grade 2 capacity in our Community Rehabilitation Program. This is a fixed term position until April 2024 and we are open to considering both full time and part time applicants. You will be working in a variety of specialisms including (but not limited to): Neurological, Rehabilitation, Orthopaedic, Falls and Balance, Musculoskeletal and Cardiothoracic care. Working with a diverse range of patients, no two days will be the same! You will work alongside our talented Physiotherapists as well as the wider interdisciplinary team.

This role could also afford aspiring Grade 1 Physiotherapist with the relevant experience to transition to Grade 2. We will offer you all the guidance, support and training you need to progress.

What you need:
10. Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
11. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
12. Significant relevant professional practice in working with older people and younger adults with disabilities and the frail aged
13. Experience of working in Community Health or a community setting
