Melbourne Airport is seeking a visionary technology leader to drive strategic demand management, capacity planning, and resource optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex technology environments, with expertise in demand management, capacity planning, or resource management roles.

* Develop and implement a comprehensive demand management framework aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
* Lead the identification, prioritization, and capture of technology demands, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational requirements.
* Design and implement capacity models to forecast technology resource needs, track utilization, and identify optimization opportunities.
* Implement frameworks to maximize efficiency in technology investments and drive continuous improvement in resource management.
* Collaborate with PMO leadership to optimize resource allocation across strategic and operational portfolios.
* Build and lead a high-performing team of planning specialists, fostering a data-driven, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
* Established senior leadership experience in complex technology environments.
* Strong expertise in demand management, capacity planning, or resource management roles.
* Proven experience in leading technology planning functions, building forecasting models, and implementing planning tools.
* Extensive background in technology delivery, operations, or strategic planning.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
* MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Operations, or Analytics (beneficial).
* Professional certifications in resource management, strategic planning, or demand forecasting (e.g., CPIM, PMP) are advantageous.
