Trilogy Care, one of Australia's fastest growing Home Care Package (HCP/S@H) providers, is looking for an Accounts Payable Partner to help ensure our financial operations run smoothly and compliantly every day.
This role is key to supporting our mission of delivering exceptional care at home through reliable, transparent, and well-managed financial processes.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance, and improving how we manage supplier relationships and payment processes.

What You'll Do
Accurately process supplier invoices, payments, and account adjustments in line with HCP guidelines and internal policies.
Manage supplier onboarding, data updates, and compliance documentation.
Process debit and credit adjustments accurately and in line with policy.
Investigate and resolve invoice or account discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate financial records and support audit readiness.
Assist with regular reporting and system improvement projects.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services (highly regarded).
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems, invoice portals, and automation tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Ability to prioritise, problem solve, and communicate effectively.
Team oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
