Job Title: Finance Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support while showcasing your professionalism and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Operations: Ensure expenses, invoices, and timesheets are processed in a timely manner
* General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and action outstanding balances
* Credit Card Management: Manage corporate credit card processing to ensure accurate FBT coding and compliance with company policies
* Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and disseminate month-end reports to appropriate personnel
* Administrative Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on finance and administration processes and procedures
* Other Duties: Assist other team members with systems and programs, address internal and external finance enquiries, and perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
* 2-5 years' experience in an office environment
* Microsoft Office experience
* Corporate or site-based experience within construction, transport, or related industries desirable
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Administration and document management practices
* Proven time management, planning, and organization skills
